Fees and Insurance

Dr. Taustine is in network with many insurance panels.  She tries to adjust her fees to accommodate patients who  have coverage she does not accept.  Receipts will be made available to obtain possible reimbursement, for out of network services,  as allowed by law.  Whether you are reimbursed, and, if so, at what rate, is out of the control of this office, and entirely based on your insurance plan.  Self-pay fees, co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles must be paid by Ivy Pay, which is a fully HIPPA compliant card-on-file system, and is required of all patients with any out of pocket payments anticipated. If you do not have a credit or debit card, Venmo, Zelle, or cash can be arranged.

Dr. Taustine brings a lifetime of professional, educational, and personal experience to her work with you.  Her fees are in keeping with the customary rates of this geographic area, and reflect her level of academic preparation, years in practice, and skill.   The standard fee is $275 for your initial 45-minute appointment and $250 for subsequent 45-minute appointments for individual therapy, or $275 for couples.  If your financial situation requires an adjustment, our office does our best to keep high-quality, private treatment affordable.    Fees for clinical supervision of students and psychoanalytic candidates are determined by your training program's requirements.   Fees for practicing professionals are negotiated prior to your first session.  Fees for consultation are $250-300 per 60-minutes, lower for non-profit organizations.
